Roger Sandilands, in his post of 5/8/06, responded much better than I could   
to the issues. I trust he will comment further.  
  
I enjoyed the book, and think it makes an entertaining, highly-readable   
addition to a course on 20th century history of thought. Warsh himself was   
amused by my review--so lighten up, fellas!
