Dorfman's outdated, and nothing in book form written since is good 
enough to recommend.  There's either axes to grind, or total ignorance 
of the field of history of economic thought, or total ignorance of the 
historiography of the U.S. in the past 30 years.  Nope.  Nothing I'd 
recommend.
