   I accept the corrections by Kevin Hoover and David Colander
regarding my over-stated remarks about Sims's VAR and SVAR.
Yes, one can get some kinds of structure into it.
   To Rich Adelstein, you are right that the major decline in unemployment
in Germany was by 1936, but it continued to decline.  In fact by 1939 the
rate was down to 0.5%.
