   Dear David Mitch: I found the National Archives listing for the Finer
   papers too, but this is what I got back when I explored it.


   According to the database master location register of National Archives
   holdings, these records are in the custody of the National
   Archives-Southeast Region (Atlanta), 5780 Jonesboro Road, Morrow GA
   30260; 770-968-2100.  They were transferred to Atlanta in April 1994.
   The papers apparently relate to the regional archives' holdings on the
   Tennessee Valley Authority.
