Keynes "opened the way for a progressive economic policy?"  "Progressive" if
you're a fan of Leviathan and The Age of Inflation.  Who was it who said
that if Keynes could have lived to see the policies that his theories were
used to justify he would have responded that he was not a "keynesian?"
