Weren't Von Neumann and Morgenstern "Austrians"? Didn't the tremendous work
done by the old Cowles Commission, Marshak, Koopmans, & Co., and the young
Arrow, Samuelson, Dantzig, and others, come from set theory? Is their
"activity analysis" and "linear programming" or "production theory" to be
reconciled with MI, or refuted by it?
