See WISE's book, Dan, to hear it straight from the heart, from welfare 
recipients.

The majority of the storytellers were/are on social assistance and spoke 
eloquently of the effects of the system (its process, structure, and 
attitudes of social service and health professionals) on their health 
and wellbeing. Dennis' new book, I'm told, draws a lot from ours.
