I'm not a Twain scholar, but I can think right
away of several "writings" about Mark Twain and
music:
- he played the piano, and things have been
written about that, not to mention photos of him
doing it.
- he reviewed musical events for some of the
papers he worked for (I believe I've read some of
those often hilarious reviews).
- the famous quote about Wagner's music not being
as bad as it sounds. Or is that apocryphal?
I'm looking forward to hearing more about Twain and music, for sure.
