Dear Colleagues,

It has come to my attention that the HES website experienced technical difficulties over the week end.  If you submitted a proposal (for a session, paper or Young Scholar) between Thursday, 1 February and Monday, 5 February, the proposal was not received.  Please re-submit your proposal at the HES website -- www.historyofeconomics.org -- which is now operating as it should.
