HES: QUERY--Information on Journal acceptance/rejection rates

I'm wondering if anyone knows offhand the acceptance/rejection rates  
for manuscript submissions to HOPE and JHET.  I know that the  
information is supposed to be in Cabell's Directory of publishing  
opportunities in economics, but my library doesn't have any editions  
after 1978.  Just wondering if anyone has the numbers handy.
