For those of you who were unable to open the link that was posted in the
Friday, Jan. 26 announcement please refer to this excerpt:

The publication notice for the Records Retention Guidelines was posted
in the OHA Executive Report, dated January 25, 2007. The guidelines set
out both the required and recommended retention periods for corporate,
financial, human resources and patient care hospital records.

It noted that "Additional copies of the Records Retention Guidelines can
be purchased through the OHA website under "Communications -
