Legal Aspects course.


ARCH 1012: Legal Aspects 17-18 January 2004
The course will cover legal issues in relation to the archives,
including intellectual property law, evidence law, and privacy
legislation. This course will also examine the ethical obligations of
the archivist and archival repository.
