Dear AAO Members:

I will be taking the next three weeks off for holidays and want to take this
opportunity to first send my best wishes to everyone in the AAO membership
for a warm and wonderful holiday season.  I hope also that 2004 finds you
and your families in good cheer and good health and I look forward to
working with, and for, you all in the new year.
