Dear HESers: 
     Due to a mix-up, the Association for Social Economics session 
at the Midwest Economics Association meeting does not appear on the 
printed program.  The A.S.E. session, "Who's Responsible for the 
Poor?" will be presented in Session #50, at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, 
March 22 in Conference Suite 541 at the Ritz-Carleton in Kansas 
City.  Please share this announcement with others who might be 
interested.  I've listed the program below.
