For those who plan to attend the Centennial Symposium on Mark Twain's
"The Mysterious Stranger" to be held at Elmira College on October 10th
and 11th, housing is not available on the Elmira College campus for that
event.

The Holiday Inn in downtown Elmira has reserved a block of 20 rooms at
the rate of $75 per night. [The Group Code is CMS.] If you are interested,
please reserve your
own room(s) directly by calling the Holiday Inn at (607) 734-4211.  This
rate will be available until September 19th.  After that, the normal
rate will resume.
