Find out how archives and libraries can serve as agents for social 
justice and universal equality. Please join the Toronto Area Archivists 
Group for  a talk about the Nelson Mandela Foundation Centre of Memory 
in South Africa.

Shadrack Katuu, an archivist with the Nelson Mandela Foundation, and 
Juanita Rossiter and Jill Ruby, the first two recipients of the 
University of Toronto Faculty of Information Studies' Nelson Mandela 
Internship, will discuss their work with the Centre of Memory Project in 
South Africa. The project, carrying Mr. Mandela's personal endorsement, 
is premised on a commitment to documenting, disseminating information 
about, and contributing to continuing struggles for justice, in 
particular those to which Nelson Mandela and his colleagues have 
dedicated their lives. Further information on the Nelson Mandela
