Hi Joseph and other confused conference bound folk.
Please see the info below that the AAO office sent out recently about
registration and parking. Everyone attending the conference registers in
the main foyer at Earp residence, where you also can obtain a parking permit
for 'M' Parking Lot (if you are staying in the residence). People NOT
staying in the residence must still register for the conference at Earp and
then park in a paying lot.
Hope this helps clarify things. Iona McCraith, AAO Preservation Consultant

Good Afternoon
Just a bit of conference business, if you have not received your invoice yet
please go to www.brocku.ca/conference, maps.
Parking: Guests are to register in Earp Residence where you will be given a
parking pass for M lot. Guests may park temporarily in lot K upon arrival
but must move their vehicles immediately to M lot after check-in. Passes
for M lot do not allow for parking in any other lot, in fire lanes, loading
zones or any other restricted areas.
Guests not staying in residence will be required to use the pay parking lot
located around campus. Only residence guests will be given parking passes
to M lot and these passes should be placed on the dashboard of the vehicle.
Vehicles in M lot without the appropriate pass will also be ticketed. The
Brock University Campus Police will enforce parking regulations on campus.
Please note that K lot is for temporary parking for residence guests while
checking in only. "M" lot parking passes are not valid in K lot.
Guests not staying in residence must use pay lots only on campus - they are
not permitted to park in the conference lot M or in K lot.
If you are only able to join us for the Banquet please go to www.hernder.co,
to help find your way.
If you have any questions please don't hesitate to call.
