Nominations for the Joseph Dorfman Prize are still being accepted. The Joseph Dorfman
Prize is awarded by the History of Economics Society annually to the best dissertation
within the field. To nominate a dissertation either the candidate or the candidate's
advisor should submit two copies (at least one unbound) to:

To be eligible, a dissertation must have been successfully defended and accepted by the
candidate's graduate school between December 1 2002 and December 1 2003. Submissions must
be received by January 2, 2004.
