JOURNAL OF THE HISTORY OF ECONOMIC THOUGHT

The editorial transition process at JHET has begun. The new editorial team of Marcel Boumans and Evelyn Forget will begin to receive submissions?both new submissions and resubmissions?and books for review as of July 1, 2008. They will produce a first issue in March 2009. Articles that have been accepted for publication but have not yet appeared will be in the publication queue and will appear in due course. Steve Medema will deal with all editorial matters related to the preparation of the September and December 2008 issues, the latter of which marks the end of his term as JHET editor.

DATE OF TRANSITION:	1 JULY 2008

NEW SUBMISSIONS:
Articles should be submitted electronically to: [log in to unmask] with a cover sheet that gives full contact information for all authors ? email addresses, postal addresses, telephone numbers and fax numbers.

RESUBMISSIONS:
Articles that were returned to the author for revisions should be
submitted to [log in to unmask] with a clear statement that
this article is a resubmission. That will allow the editors to ensure
consistency by sending it back to the same referees.
