The Weston peanut plan looks interesting, so I'll bite, Pollard, please tell
us more. Looks a tad far-fetched to me, but maybe you can quell my rising
doubts. You might also relate it to some classics in the field: Richard
Hurd, 1903, Principles of City Land Values; Robert Somers, 190?, Valuation
of Property for Purposes of Taxation; and George C. Olcott, Annual Volumes,
Blue Book of Chicago Land Values.
