Wecter's book is actually fairly easy to find--in both hardback and an
excellent paperback edition. Inexpensive copies can be readily found on such
online sites as Amazon.com, ABE.com, and Alibris.com. It shouldn't be
difficult to find a good hardback copy for under $5, including shipping.
