I would venture to say that Twain's image and name will be safe despite the
publication.  I have sold Twain books for almost 20 years and have seen
several books which have tried in vain to use Mark Twain as a "hook".  They
sat, and in a couple of cases still sit on my shelf. ( unless per chance
Opra somehow decides this is "the book")
