Has anyone come across an especially good history of the post-Civil War
period lately? I have all the standards but wonder if there's anything
that's been published recently that I might have missed. I'm looking in
particular for coverage of the Reconstruction/post-Reconstruction era
(1870-1890).

Thanks,
Joe Csicsila
