Lionel McKenzie's wrote that one of his two Oxford D. Phil. examiners
was A.M. Henderson. Information about him is web-invisible. Can anyone
enlighten? (It is possible that McKenzie meant to type "H.D.
Henderson" of course. Absent the existence of an "A.M. Henderson",
this may be a safe inference ...) Off list is fine.
