Cantillon was undoutedly influenced by Law's system (Mississippi 
Co)and its collapse. See e.g. Antoin Murphy's biography.

In Keynes' case, however, remember that the British economy was in 
poor shape in the 1920s (return to gold, etc.) so I think Keynes was 
more interested in prolonged depression than in bubble collapses.
