Good morning Fred,

Although I have never read anything Mark Twain wrote on this particular
subject, his writings were so vast and I haven't read them all.
I just wanted to tell you how much I enjoyed reading your lesson plan
though. While I did know about blacks owning slaves, I didn't know the
particulars of how that came about, especially in SC where I live. I was a
teacher for 17 years and was always looking for good, relevant lesson
plans. That certainly falls into this category.
There's a black forum on Facebook that I belong to that I'm sure would love
to read this information. Is it possible to share it with them?

Best regards,
Susan Bailey
