It's really just a handbill measuring approximately 8 1/2 x 5 inches. The
original cartoon was first published in book form in 1873 in a collection of
Waddy's political and literary cartoons (without the text below the image,
of course). The references given by Richard are good ones; the information
given by Paine (1912) is incorrect.
