Greg, thanks. As you can tell, it's an experiment, and one the Press
didn't much like but couldn't prevent. I'm hoping it will lead to a
much better way to get the Autobiography out there and read by all.

If you know of anyone I didn't manage to get a book to who should
have it, please let me know.
