All hail fellow Twaniacs!

    I scoured my Oxford MT looking for references to Sam's bankruptcy, came
up empty-handed (I don't, alas, own a good Twain index; all recommendations
open to consideration!).
    Can someone please at least point me to letters, journal entries et
cetera that refer to his filing? Even Justin Kaplan had nothing in the
index.
