I totally agree with him that Reid would be a necessary and worthy 
inclusion in the calendar. And I am dismayed that I did not suggest 
Michele Pujol (April 20, 1951 - August 2, 1997), for the list when 
the women economists were first mentioned. I thank Pedro Teixeira for 
his watchfulness.
