As the calendar turns to October, please consider joining us in Elmira
for a special Weekend Symposium honoring the work of Dr. Michael J.
Kiskis (1954-2011). "Complicating Twain: Biography, Autobiography,
and the Personal Scholar" will convene in Elmira College's Cowles Hall
on Friday evening, October 19th and Saturday,October 20th. Closing
events will be held at Quarry Farm on Saturday evening. Laura
Skandera Trombley will keynote; twelve papers will be shared on
Saturday. Full details are posted on the web. Google "Twain Center
