Some interesting comments about digitization initiatives, a younger 
generation that isn't used to reading cursive writing, and human 
interaction with the real documents. One quote:

"Teachers who have participated in the program say toolkits and pdf 
files are a poor substitute for the experienced volunteers and staff at 
the Learning Centre."
