WHEN SHOULD I VISIT HANNIBAL?

One good time might be July 2-5.  That's when the National Tom Sawyer
Days will be held.  Highlights include the National Fence Painting
Competition,
mud volleyball (featuring real Mississippi mud), frog jumping and arts and
crafts competitions.  There will be entertainment and regional food dishes
available too according to MODERN MATURITY for June/July 1992.
