Bob,
	Glad you remembered Katherine Coman. Not only was hers the lead
article, but also:

1. She lived with Catherine Lee Bates, author of "America, the Beautiful"
2. Her subject was the economics of water in the west. Bates saw the beauty
of the west; Coman the resources: a good balance!
