A British friend reports: 'In “Secrets of the London Underground”, series 3, episode 4 on Yesterday channel (UK), there are a few minutes, half-way through, on Twain on the inaugural journey of the Central London Railway, Shepherds Bush to Bank.'. I had never heard of this.... Best. Pete
