The young woman on the right is definitely Jean.  The woman in the center is
Clara, not Miss Lyons.  I think you can see that it is Clara in the first
few frames in which she appears, when her face comes from behind the
centerpiece.

Also, I think the date of the filming is known, and I think it was filmed
after Miss Lyons left Twain's employ.  I could be wrong.  But didn't Jean
come home AFTER Miss Lyons left?
