Hello All,

I'm an editorial assistant at Saveur Magazine and we would like the publish
the following Mark Twain quotation in an upcoming article about New Orlean's
cuisine. However, I have only been successful in finding the date, but not
the actual source. Does anyone have an inkling which essay/book this quote
may come from? I very much appreciate your help.

"New Orleans food is as delicious as the less criminal forms of sin"
Mark Twain, 1884

Thank you,

Sarah DiGregorio
