Dear colleagues,
I have another inquiry deriving from the same Ottoman manuscript that I
mentioned in my earlier message.
The author mentions a book or a printing presses catalog, published in
France in c. 1829, which includes registries of books on economics and
economy-related matters.
The author maintains that, according to this catalog, between c. 1815
and 1824, a total of (exactly) 2,376 different titles were published (in
France) under this category.
Any ideas about this catalog or any alternative source of information
(in French) for this reference?
Thanks again.
Best wishes,
Deniz
