Dear Twainiacs:
Is the image of Mark Twain under copyright?  Let's say, for example, someone
went into public libraries answering general questions as Mark Twain in the
traditional white suit, curly wig etc, is he/she violating copyright laws?
I'm just curious, because I have heard that this is the case.
