I already have all those locations mapped in both of my Mark Twain
Gazetters, and a lot more:
The Twainsgeogrpahy gazetteer doesn't have the Twain-Cable locations
yet, however.

It's not Powerpoint, of course, but you're welcome to make screen shots
of the maps.
