Subject: [SHOE] Historical references about sovereign bond markets:

My regards, I was just emailing to ask for some guidance on a research topic. Does anyone in the list know of good historical works (and related references) about the theory, history and practice of sovereign bond markets in the late XVIII, XIX and early XX century (before WWI), especially for European and US debt markets? Any help will be most appreciated.

Thanks in advance,
Eloy Fisher
