Nicholas Theocarakis pointed me to a manuscript that Marx cited from the
Sloane Manuscript Collection, at the British Museum, No. 4224. entitled:
"The character and behaviour of King William, Sunderland, etc., as
represented in Original Letters to the Duke of Shrewsbury from Somers
Halifax, Oxford, Secretary Vernon, etc."

Does anybody know if this is in print? I found some of it here:

http://books.google.com/books?id=O1EoAAAAYAAJ&pg=PA415&lpg=PA415&dq=%22+The+Character+and+Behaviour+of+King+William%22&source=bl&ots=Rm_Ku-TkNc&sig=YAR-YjC9Dhu0xwWwH8B3WZ6ZsoE&hl=en&ei=XNGJSsn5D5P-tQPouIXXAg&sa=X&oi=book_result&ct=result&resnum=5#v=onepage&q=%22%20The%20Character%20and%20Behaviour%20of%20King%20William%22&f=false

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
