The Wall Street Journal yesterday reviewed Stephen Phelps. The Tizard
Mission: The Top-Secret Operation That Changed the Course of World War
II. The book tells the story about the development of radar. I
looked inside the book using Amazon. The section, pp. 375-77, which
describes the work of Paul Samuelson and other economists is not
available. I wonder if it has anything that goes beyond Mirowski's
description.
