At the end of section 3 of chapter 12 of Hayek's Counter-Revolution
of Science, he mentions in passing Saint-Simon criticizing Laplace:

"We can pass over the various minor writings of the next few years,
which were mainly concerned with the project of an encyclopedia;
during this time we find, gradually added to the megalomania of the
prophet, the characteristic persecution mania of the verkannte Genie
which expressed itself in violent abuse of the formerly so admired
Laplace, whom he suspected of being responsible for his neglect."

I am trying to trace the source in the Oeuvres de Saint-Simon et
d'Enfantin of where Saint-Simon so "violently abused" Laplace.
Hayek's surrounding text suggests that it would have been in some
minor writings, probably appearing after the 1807-08 Introduction aux
travaux scientifique du XIXe siecle but prior to 1813.

My thanks to anyone who might be able to help with this.
