Hmm . . . Kind of quiet on the lists recently . . .

I noticed in the introduction (p. 4) to the Bullock edition of the 
Wealth of Nations:  "Smith believed that 'man's self-interest is 
God's providence.' "  Anyone know from whom and where this quotation 
is taken? I did some quick searches on Google Scholar, etc. but could 
not identify it.
