Dear colleagues,

Does anyone happen to know who wrote the Entry on "Banking" in Encyclpaedia Britannica, 1824 supplement vol. 3? It is initialled FF., but someone scribbled on the issue of which I have a copy "James Mill" (I haven't been able to get hold of a complete bibliography of JM to check whether it's listed. He did, however, contribute a number of entries to the Britannica, including this suppement, so it's not unlikely).

Thank you very much in advance.
