Hayek's 1940 review in the Economic Journal of Keynes' "How To Pay for 
the War," as well as a shorter piece from The Spectator, Nov. 24, 1939, 
titled "Mr. Keynes and War Costs," appear in volume 10 of the Hayek 
Collected Works.
