Finally, I have the HES Vancouver Conference program up on the HES website. 
 
The posted program includes the amendments Malcolm added last week. 
 
I apologize for the delay in getting the program on the website. I was not  
able to transfer the file before I left for Chicago 10 days ago, and have  
only now made it accessible.

You can also reach it from the Conferences page, where there is a link  
under the HES Conference listing, and I will soon have a link from the  
Announcements page. 
 
I have also discovered several other flaws in the HES web site which I
