Hello all (with apologies for cross-postings),

I want to share with you all the exciting announcement naming David 
Mirvish (Canadian theatre producer, art collector, and lifelong 
supporter of the arts) as the university's next Chancellor:

Given the breadth and diversity of the theatre archives housed at the 
University of Guelph (the largest such archives in Canada), we are 
delighted with this appointment!
