Apologies for the cross-posting.

A local resident has dug up a several decades old time capsule from her
community. Unfortunately, she's discovered that it has been severely
water-damaged and much of the contents have turned into what she called
"goop." The capsule is currently residing in her freezer until she knows
what to do with it. The contents are Polaroid photographs and an
audiocassette. Does anyone have any suggestions for how best to deal
with these contents? I've directed her to Richard Hess for the
audiocassette.

Thanks,
Misty
